The Commissioners of Bay County are meeting next Tuesday to discuss the county’s approach for feral cats. We’ve sent a letter to the County Commissioners to let them know why Trap-Neuter-Return is the only effective approach for feral catsand why other approaches just don’t work. We’ve also authored an op-ed to the local newspaper to educate the community and prepared a statement that will be read at the meeting on Tuesday.
