Escambia County, Florida commissioners are considering a positive Trap-Neuter-Return ordinance, but some organizations are pressuring the commissioners, using scare tactics and junk science to push the county to kill cats. A public hearing is being held Tuesday, September 9 at 5 p.m. at the Escambia County Governmental Center.
