Good news for Frankfort, Kentucky! The Frankfort Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a 5-year Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) pilot program in the city. With this, Frankfort joins the hundreds of other communities that have embraced TNR. We are confident that Frankfort’s citizens, officials, and cats will benefit from a citywide TNR program.
Thank you to everyone in Frankfort who contacted their local officials and spoke up on behalf of the cats and TNR, providing facts to counter misinformation the commissioners were hearing from opponents of TNR.
