In February we reached out to our supporters in Rockville, Maryland about a pending Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) ordinance that would recognize the humane and practical benefits of TNR. Thanks to everyone who worked in support of the cats, the Rockville City Council passed the ordinance!

This is a tremendous step toward a feline-friendly Rockville and Montgomery County. With this new ordinance, Rockville is a better place for community cats and the compassionate people who care for them.

Thank you to everyone who spoke up for the cats and to Councilwoman Palakovich Carr for sponsoring this ordinance and being an important ally to cats.
