There’s only one more step left before New York’s TNR Funding Bill becomes a reality. Thanks to everyone who stood up on behalf of cats, the bill was approved by the Senate, and now only needs to be signed by Governor Cuomo. Once signed into law, this bill would expand state spay and neuter funds to include community cats.

New York ResidentsAsk your Governor to support spay/neuter expansion for TNR in New York.

Outdoor cats have a critical need for spay and neuter services, but currently, New York’s spay/neuter fund is not authorized to support TNR projects. If Governor Cuomo signs the TNR Funding Bill, all that will change.
