We’re happy to report a big win for cats in Bryan, Texas! On August 4, Bryan councilmembers passed an ordinance officially recognizing the individuals and nonprofit organizations carrying out Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for community cats. This is a huge step toward protecting cats in Bryan and an addition to the growing number of Texas communities dedicated to humane animal control policies. The TNR ordinance was made possible by the collaborative efforts of Alley Cat Allies, the Bryan councilmembers, and everyone who spoke up for cats!
