New York’s Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Funding Bill is in jeopardy, and we urgently need the help of New York residents to protect it. Thanks to everyone who stood up on behalf of cats the bill was approved by the legislature, however it is now facing strong opposition and has yet to be signed by Governor Cuomo. The input of New York residents is crucial to convince him to sign the TNR Funding Bill into law.

New York Residents: Ask your Governor to support spay/neuter expansion for TNR in New York.

Once signed into law, this bill would expand state spay and neuter funds to include community cats who are part of TNR programs. Outdoor cats have a critical need for spay and neuter services, but currently, New York’s spay/neuter fund is not authorized to support TNR projects. If Governor Cuomo signs the TNR Funding Bill, all that will change.

Help us support crucial TNR funding in New York. Stand up for cats and ask Governor Cuomo to sign the TNR Funding Bill.
